What's In My Head: Legend of a Girl Child Linda
My blog friend M.A. over at her blog The Culture Wars has once again resurrected her "Haiku Tuesday" moments. I added this at her blog, and just another "hello" through the internet waves, M.A., this song as well:
Listen to me now
And I will sing you my songs
Drifting in your boat
There is no romance
In the litany of flowers
If you choose to float
Listen to me now
And I will sing you my songs
Drifting in your boat
There is no romance
In the litany of flowers
If you choose to float

How I love that you are jumping the pool of haiku with me, Cube! Thanks for indulging me.
MA: Happy to float along behind you. ;)
Caffeine is simply not the correct mind-altering substance to be on when listening to Donovan. I have a couple of Donovan CDs at home, and I really have to be in a certain frame of mind to listen to them (although "Jennifer Juniper" is always a good thing). However, when I AM in the right frame of mind, nothing is better.
Gilahi: It's a great album to pass out on the floor with, but getting things done? I need something more wirey. I slapped some Grandaddy's "Now It's On" this a.m. to get going....and that's for my friend Lee in New Hampshire.
