Kate: I had taken pictures at the Amish market today, but they wouldn't transfer off my phone. I had Rambro on...hadn't watched it in AGES. Did ya know it's a Christmas flick? Yeah. Inside the police station was a tiny Christmas tree and tinsel....before he blew it up. He shot up the town. I shot my tv....with a camera.
Phil: There are so many NCCM. I half thought of doing a list of ten for the blog. The Thin Man has a great "hungover at Christmas" scene and Kubrick's last "Eyes Wide Shut" is another. Oh yes, Cher in Moonstruck. L.A. Confidential. You have to wonder if some director doesn't say, "Throw some tinsel and trees in there and they HAVE to show it for the holidays."

Here's hoping Stallone will not be in our future......on the screen or off!
But he does have a fascinating face...cross between JC and the devil.

Glad you don't have a pistol or the tv might be history.
Yeah, Rambo......my favorite Christmas story on the screen.
:)
Had an interesting convo on a Film blog that I read a while back about "non-christmas-christmas movies".
I didn't remember that this is one of them.
("Die Hard" would be another example of a NCCM)
