Cyndy: I put out a ton of peanuts for the squirrels coming out of the oak trees---starving. They watched the "idiot big shape that brings peanuts" out in their yard with cookie cutters making snow hearts. I did a really tiny one and this one. Some of the shots showed my fingers holding them up showing tree branches and sky in the background. I think I like those the best. I was going to get into food coloring and stuff, but yanno? It was COLD out there.
KOB: THERE YOU ARE! A siting of the rara avis know as KOB. Like the Dodo. Missing. Happy Valentine's Day to you, Dear Kob. I, too, adore ice and snow...and there is more coming.
Ronda: I had a lot of fun making them. I could hear squirrels chewing away while I worked on my little project.
Barbara: Nope. No sadness. I had a great day. Pretty flowers. I made a valentine, I gave gifts, and I was taken out to dinner. Now that was a brrr icy ride, but still wonderful and the restaurant packed with people. I saw a long table of family and each lady had a peach rose by her plate. And if a heart "is" icy? I'll melt it. ;)
Hi Cube - There was no place to leave a comment on the current version of the pasta post. That dish sounds really yummy! I just wanted to let you know I've been thinking about you and I hope everything is going better than it was, and that in a few days you'll be breathing a huge sigh of relief that certain things are over.

What a cute snow heart. Happy Valentine's Day to you!
I love the photo, but the idea of a frozen heart is a little sad, don't you think?
Reminds me of Queen's song:
You're as cold as ice
You're willing to sacrifice our love
You want paradise
But someday, you'll pay the price, I know...

Am I the only one tickled by the phrase "Happy VD"?
P.S. The song is by "Foreigner", not Queen.
P.P.S. Cube actually has no heart. She is a super-computer with a powerful CPU designed to post and comment on blogs.
